A personal astrology reading of around 400 words, written in answer to one question, based on your date, place and (optionally) time of birth. The reading is delivered digitally: on screen after payment and by email.
The monthly letter is a separate subscription. At the start of every calendar month you receive a personal letter by email about that month, calculated from your birth details. You choose between paying monthly or yearly; both prices are shown on the site and on the payment page, including VAT. You always pay in advance: the first month (or first year) when you start, then automatically through Stripe on the 1st of the month you are paying for. A letter is only written once the payment for that month has been received. Your first letter is written straight after the first payment. You can stop at any time through the link at the bottom of every letter; nothing further will be charged, you still receive the letters you have already paid for, and your letters remain readable online. A month or year already paid for is not refunded, not even in part; the guarantee in section 6 does not apply to the monthly letter. Your first letter is delivered straight after payment: at checkout you expressly ask for that immediate delivery and acknowledge that you thereby lose your 14-day right of withdrawal.
The astronomical positions are calculated precisely. The text is written by an AI model in the voice of Vera. Vera's face and voice in our social media videos are also made with AI. No human astrologer is involved unless you ask for a revision (see section 6).
The price is shown on the site and on the payment page, including VAT. Payment is handled by Stripe. Your order is only processed after a successful payment.
The reading is digital content delivered immediately after payment. By paying, you expressly request immediate delivery and acknowledge that you thereby lose your 14-day right of withdrawal (Article 16(m) of Directive 2011/83/EU and the corresponding national rules). In return, we offer the satisfaction guarantee in section 6.
Astrology is a form of reflection and entertainment, not a science and not a prediction. The reading never replaces medical, psychological, legal or financial advice. Decisions you make based on the reading are your own responsibility.
If you feel your reading does not address your question or falls short, email vera@verastrology.com within 14 days. We will rewrite the reading once or give you a full refund, whichever you prefer.
The quality of the reading depends on the accuracy of your birth details. Errors in details you enter yourself do not entitle you to a refund, but we are happy to recalculate once for free if you send us the correct details.
You may not use the service to harm others, to enter third parties' details without their consent, or to overload the site. We may refuse requests that are abusive, unlawful or automated.
Belgian law applies, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence. If a dispute arises, we will first try to resolve it together with you.
